"You must be the change you wish to see in the world," says Gandhi.

If you are a person who has tried and probably read a lot of self-help literature and you really have put in a lot of effort over time, but you don't have those authentic lasting results you want.  I want to invite you to just listen for 10-15 minutes once every other week.  Learn how to take small steps, make small changes, and make "you" time.  The biggest mistake people make when trying to change is taking "big" steps that lead to enormous pressure and self-destruction.  Trust the process of committing yourself to take small steps that add up to those big steps that make that authentic change you want in your life. I talk about taking negative "pet peeve" situations and turning that into positive energy and motivation. Consider the amount of time you have spent being frustrated over the last year over a situation and where that time could have been better spent.  If you have spent 2 hours daily being frustrated over the past 10 years that shockingly adds up to "10 months" of life lost. The best example in 2020 is COVID-19. Were you one of those folks who worried every single day or were you that person who realized their power during the pandemic?  No one is perfect and that is the value in seeing the value in taking and making small changes.  Carve out the "you" time and I hope you listen and enjoy my experience, strength, and hope. I want you to find your power and become empowered!
